a Phoenix-based firm that supports business and individual growth by conducting strategic planning sessions, training and guidance toward leadership goals. Dr. Ringler has more than 30 years of experience in the field where she emphasizes the importance of business values that also support personal values.She has supported many leading ede companies such as Bose, Oracle, Fidelty Investments and Smartbridge to name a few. Dr. Ringler has served on the Board of Directors for the Phoenix Chapter of National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) Mentoring Program, the Arizona Entrepreneurs, and the Women's Enterprise Foundation (WEF). In addition to advising new and small business owners through her partnership with the Maricopa County Small Business Development Center (SBDC), Ringler has served as an advisor to the APS Academy for the Advancement of Small, Minority, and Women Owned Enterprises program.
