Katrina Saucier is the Program Manager of Sustainability Dashboard Tools, LLC, which provides comprehensive data solutions for managing building and fleet performance metrics. She works with ever-evolving data requirements of customers to design and impliment data and consulting solutions that are cost effective. She instituted an Environmental Managemetn System (EMS) in 236 office buildings, manufacturing plants, distribution warehouses, and healthcare facilities to track and report on 6 Key Performance Indicators (KPI) - energy, water, waste, transportation, purchasing, and human resource metrics to monitor performance. She also managed a team through 4 major software upgrades that affected 31 customers and 349 end-users by using a continuous improvement methodology of establishing a change management plan and timeline, verifying customers' data transition to new upgrades, and preparing and executing communications and trainings.
