ermInsights, Bugalla has over 30 years of experience in risk management. He is currently the managing principal of ermINSIGHTS, an advisory and consulting firm that specializes in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Strategic Risk Management (SRM) with an emphasis on adding greater certainty towards achieving planned performance, exploiting opportunities to achieve better outcomes and minimizing the impact of adverse events. Within this role, he has led classroom style ERM training for major industry groups including the Risk and Insurance Management Society, Credit Union Executive Society and the American Institutes of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters.
