His primary focus is the contracts related to the business of the projects. He represents sponsors, lenders, underwriters, multi-lateral agencies, off-takers, suppliers and contractors. Howard’s infrastructure experience includes high speed rail, toll roads, bridges, ports, cargo terminals, parking facilities, high voltage transmission lines (freestanding and submarine) and airports in the U.S., Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Peru and Korea. Cara L. Rodriguez has two decades of experience leading global commercial transactions in the areas of large-scale construction, procurement, M&A, development and financing as well as early-stage disputes and workouts. She is the founder of her own law firm which represents owners, construction contractors and other related companies in the energy industry.
