ermINSIGHTS, an advisory and consulting firm that specializes in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Strategic Risk Management (SRM) with an emphasis on adding greater certainty towards achieving planned performance, exploiting opportunities to achieve better outcomes and minimizing the impact of adverse events. Bugalla has led ERM training for major industry groups including the Risk and Insurance Management Society, Credit Union Executive Society and the American Institutes of Chartered Property Caualty Underwriters. Previously, he served as the Managing Director for Aon Risk Services in San Francisco, and before that, the Managing Director for Willis. He has also authored and co-authored several articles for such publications as "The Corporate Board," "The National Law Review," "Risk Management Magazine," and "CFO.com." Clients include AXIS, Honda, T-Mobile, Honeywell, Food Lion, Energy Northwest, CME Group and BCBS Chicago to name a few.
