Kevin M. Smith
Author & Speaker
Graduating from the Naval Air Training Command in 1965, Captain Smith spent multiple tours of duty flying fighter aircraft for the US Navy. Major assignments included Operations Officer and Chief Instructor Pilot for a Readiness Training Squadron and Squadron Commander deployed in the USS Constellation. In addition to numerous military awards including a Meritorious Unit Citation for His squadron, Captain Smith received a special Seventh Fleet Citation for achieving the highest readiness and highest carrier landing scores in Carrier Airwing Nine (deployed in the USS Constellation) during the course of it’s deployment.
