Lisa advocates continuous learning and encourages administrative professionals to expand their potential, take initiative and practice being “relationship engineers.” She has a passion for bringing out the best in others. She is the Co-Founder of Admin to Admin, a professional development company for administrative professionals which allows her to share her passion for continuous personal and professional development through in depth workshops and educational retreats. She served as a member of the Advisory Council for the Administrative Professionals Conference (APC) and has enjoyed sharing her presentations at APC, the IAAP International Conference, Executive Secretary Live International Conference in London and Dubai, the Office Dynamics Conference, the Central CA Women’s Conference and is a contributor to the Admin Pro newsletter and Executive Secretary magazine.
