He is the Director of the Global Talent Centre at the Schulich Executive Education Centre, York University. He was the Global Director of Strategic Talent Management at Pitney Bowes Inc. His diverse experience comes from industries such as Investment Banking, Software, Telecommunications, Pharmaceuticals, and Retail. He has worked in the US, Canada, India and has done assignments in Europe, Asia Pacific and Latin America.
