Negotiating to Win-Win
In this interactive, practice-based module, you will learn the all-important fundamentals of conducting a negotiation. Through a series of small and large group exercises, facilitator-led discussions, and personalized feedback, you will sharpen your fundamental negotiation skills, resulting in successful outcomes for you and the other party. You’ll learn to anticipate others’ needs from the negotiation, and prepare yourself to respond appropriately when those needs are not in alignment with your interests. Finally, you’ll explore the concept of “winning” in negotiations, as well as understanding when to concede—or even walk away.
