    She has more than 30 years experience guiding a portfolio of companies in creating and developing data science and Big Data teams, products and services. Her perspective is both passionate and impartial. “I don’t teach anything I haven’t done myself. My specialty is explaining technical aspects to high-level managers to ensure that they understand how their business initiatives are supported by Big Data.” In 2010, she served as Chief Data Scientist and Analytics Strategist for UnitedHealth Group, where she created the first-ever enterprise-wide data and analytics strategic plan for the company by combining strategic, technical, communication and business skills across organizational silos into a coherent strategy. She is currently on the faculty of Harvard University Innovation Lab’s Data Science Program.
