Outage Management for Power Generation/Plants

This course aims to give an in-depth understanding of outage management in the Power Generation sector by offering technical and business aspects of outage management while balancing known project principles and methodologies. Completing an outage safely, on time and on budget is integral to a plant’s overall success. Examples and case studies of effective outage management allow participants to assimilate best practices to their current understanding and improve their company’s approach in outage planning, executing and closing out an outage. Outage managers and team members will have a better understanding of the future integration of traditional generation outages and emerging renewable outages on the horizon as well.
