    Partner and Chair of Bankruptcy & Financial Restructuring Group
    CKR Law Group. He has been an attorney for more than 20 years. Schnitzer represents unsecured creditor committees, trustees, debtors, banks and creditors in all aspects of bankruptcy practice, with particular expertise in bankruptcy litigation including the prosecution and defense of preferences, fraudulent transfers, and other avoidance actions, claims objections, and collection and turnover actions. He has been a mediator for several disputes including Borders, WP Steel, Health Diagnostic and Standard Register. Schnitzer is the co-author of two American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) Bankruptcy books: Bankruptcy Mediation and A Practitioner’s Guide to Liquidation and Litigation. Additionally, Mr. Schnitzer has co-authored eight articles that have been published by the ABI or the American Bar Association.
