He is a Subject Matter Expert in the fields of Electronic Discovery and Digital Forensics, and advises clients on all aspects of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM) from effective information governance strategies through document review, production and presentation. He previously headed up Consilio’s global Digital Forensics group, overseeing all consulting, preservation, collection, and forensic investigation operations, including overseeing and coordinating multi-national collections for large regulatory matters. He has testifying experience as an expert witness in Computer Forensics at both the state and Federal levels, and has also prepared multiple expert reports, affidavits, and statements of fact for various courts and governmental agencies.
